I am assuming you are a small business, because big businesses don't respond in the diligent manner that you have. You have earned free advertisement from me, because I will refer you. Recently I purchased a new box spring and mattress for my bed. I have an Ethan Allen bedroom set with metal rails that I had enormous amount of trouble finding replacement support legs for. I knew that I would either need to replace the existing rails or find replacement supports in order for the bed to hold the weight of the new box spring and mattress. After much searching on the web, I finally found your site and called to order the parts. Although I never got the name of the gentleman who took my call - he was very polite and helpful and allowed me to place my order. I've since received the parts and wanted to thank you for the money that I saved by not having to replace the entire bed frame and also on the quality of your product. All this and made in the USA too! |
