I appreciate the credit you did for me. I apologize for the delayed response but I have just transferred here for work and received a new phone number so I didn’t hear your phone message until recently. I’m am happy to have the antique bedroom set for my guest bedroom again and the rails are as good a match as I could expect without a custom solution or total refinish. My little rant was more against UPS and wanted to inform you of their customer service. I’m betting that they are probably great if they don’t bring anything across international borders. I wasn’t really expecting any compensation from you or to even redo the invoice as it is one of the “it isn’t worth the time” exercises but am grateful for your help.
