Words cannot even say how wonderful this company was to me. After buying an old chalk painted rice bed for my son and his wife, I purchased metal rails. Every time they would just move the bed would wobble and then the metal rails broke. All other companies I looked at had none of the ratings of this company. So I purchased the wood rails and center support before Christmas. When we went to visit, they asked me to go jump on the bed. One word, Solid! No more wobbles. The customer service is amazing. The bed is like it is supposed to be!
