Dear Garrett, When our bed rail broke last Friday, I anxiously waited Monday morning the call you for help.  (Our guest would be arriving in one week and we only have the second bedroom.)  Your careful and clear responses to my questions yesterday morning led to an order for the 80 inch queen size new bed rails along with the support system.  Then, we learned from a Fed Ex email that the shipment would arrive today.  It did, the rails are perfect, and the supports now in place.
